河南投洽会由国家商务部、河南省人民政府、中国国际贸易促进委员会、中国人民对外友好协会联合主办。在国家有关部委、各省（自治区、直辖市）、境内外投资贸易机构和知名商协会的大力支持和境内外各界的共同努力下，已成功举办11届，成为全国有影响的国家级、国际性投资贸易促进活动，也是河南省扩大对外开放、加强经贸合作的重要平台。第十一届河南投洽会吸引了来自80多个国家和地区的500多个团组参会，境内外客商总人数超过3万人。邀请英国作为主宾国，举办了系列活动。签约境内外经贸合作项目319个，总投资3558亿元人民币，国际化、专业化水平进一步提升。
第十二届河南投洽会以“开放创新，合作共赢”为主题，贯彻新发展理念，紧紧抓住“一带一路”、“空中丝绸之路”、郑州航空港经济综合实验区、中国（河南）自由贸易试验区、郑洛新自主创新示范区建设等重大机遇，举行高峰论坛、专题推介、产业对接、项目洽谈、展览展示等活动，邀请德国作为主宾国，努力打造国际化、专业化、市场化的投资贸易和产能合作促进平台，促进内外联动、双向开放、互利共赢，推动形成全面开放新格局。

Thanks for your support and concern to China (Henan) International Investment & Trade Fair all the time. We sincerely invite you to attend the 12th China (Henan)International Investment & Trade Fair (Hereinafter referred to as “CHIITF (Henan)”) which is to be held from April 17th to April 19th, 2018.
CHIITF (Henan) is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the People’s Government of Henan Province, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. CHIITF (Henan) is supported by the relevant state ministries and commissions, some other provincial governments (including autonomous regions and municipalities), domestic foreign investment and trade institutions and well-known business associations which have given great support. So far, eleven editions have been held with great success. CHIITF (Henan) has become the most influential international investment and trade promotion event and also an important platform for Henan Province to strengthen opening up and economic cooperation. The 11th CHIITF (Henan) attracted over 500 groups from about 80 nations and regions, including more than 30,000 outside and inside merchants. 319 projects had been signed at the spot with total investment amount reaching RMB 355.8 billion yuan, with the internationalization and specialization elevated to a brand new degree.
Themed on “Opening, Innovation, Cooperation and the Win-Win Goal”, Henan Province will hold tightly the "the Belt and Road" and "Silk Road in the Air" as some new chances. In order to promote the formation of a new pattern of full opening up the main line, and carry out special promotion, industry docking, project negotiations, exhibitions and other activities,we have built the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, China (Henan) Free Trade Zone, Zhengzhou National Self-Independent Demonstration Zone for Innovation, Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Experimental Zone of Henan Province and Central Plains Urban Agglomeration. We have invited Germany as the guest of honor, and strive to create an international, professional and market-oriented investment and trade cooperation and production capacity promotion platform to facilitate internal and external linkage, two-way opening up, mutual benefit and win-win goal, and promote the formation of a new pattern of overall opening up.
